Return conditions You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging. Promotional, customized and personalized products are not eligible for return service unless there is a quality problem with the product.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and guide you on how to return the product after receiving your application. Please ensure that the returned product is sent back by a trackable shipping method to prevent loss.
Refund policy Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be refunded through the original payment method used when you purchased it. Depending on your bank’s processing time, the refund may take 5-10 business days to arrive.
Return Shipping Unless there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy If you want to exchange the product, please state the exchange request in the return request.
